An early start this morning, my wife heading to a conference and me back home saw me leave the Park Hyatt at the Rocks in Sydney shortly before 8am with enough fuel to make the run home without stopping. Perfect weather for a ride turned into some fog and clouds with a touch of precipitation around the Central Coast. Not enough rain to get me sufficiently wet to even think about putting on the wet weather gear.
After the issue in the City yesterday with the bike heating up to the point it stopped and needing to park it to cool down I dropped by to see the Guru. After a chat with him I dropped the bike off at home and went to the local Harley Dealer to chat to them about it.
I'll be dropping the bike in to them on Monday so they can check it out. At this point I'm not concerned there's anything major going on but the Harley represents a significant investment and I'm keen to make sure it's as perfect as it can be.
Good to be home though, I've put 4000k's or so on the Road King in a little over two weeks, I'm about ready for a little rest.
