In Launceston now. The flight was short and smooth. The taxi driver that took us to the Motel used to work at the same place I worked many years ago (Temco at Georgetown), it was like stepping back into a time warp. After checking in we stopped by Aurora Stadium and registered for the rally.
We had a couple of quiet ones in the HOG members tent. It was reasonably empty at the venue, it's due to start tomorrow. We watched a couple of bands and then headed off for dinner at Larceny nearby. Sensational food, Oysters, duck tart, Venison, and Zanderhar had Pork Belly. Rhubarb Creme Brulet and Nice Pears!!!!
After Dinner we wandered back to our Motel and had a relatively early night.
